Last chance to enter the Battlefield for free

Last weekend, it kicked off during the Battlefield 6 Open Beta – and what a blast it was. From bullet storms in narrow streets to epic tank battles on open plains, this was pure adrenaline.
Missed it? Don’t worry. This weekend is your final chance to dive into the chaos for free before the gates close until the official release on October 10, 2025. After that, it’s a two-month wait… and trust me, you don’t want that.
When and what to expect
The open beta runs over two weekends:
- Weekend 1: August 9–10
- Weekend 2: August 14–17 (your last chance!)
Here’s what’s on the menu:
- Weekend 1: Siege of Cairo, Liberation Peak, Iberian Offensive (Conquest, King of the Hill)
- Weekend 2: all previous maps + Empire State, plus extra modes like Rush and Squad Deathmatch
Check if your PC can handle it
For the best experience, you don’t want your system stuttering mid-match. Here are the minimum requirements:

- CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 of AMD Ryzen 5 2600
- GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 of AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT (6 GB)
- RAM: 16 GB
- Storage: 55–75 GB free on HDD
- Security: TPM 2.0, UEFI Secure Boot, HVCI & VBS enabled
For High/1440p ~60 FPS:
- CPU: i7-10700 of Ryzen 7 3700X
- GPU: RTX 3060 Ti of Radeon RX 6700 XT
- Storage: SSD (faster load times, smoother gameplay)
